Professor Tinkle gives his
lecture in the Old Maidenhead Library.
Unfortunately, this
was demolished in 1974, but remained standing whilst the new library next
door to it was
constructed. It was situated opposite
Maidenhead Town Hall, where
the forecourt of the new library is.
